Cancel Policy

Credit card details required to secure confirmation.

We do require credit card details to be provided to confirm the reservation. We don't process a deposit, but you must give at least 24 hours notice to change your reservation's condition or cancel your reservation.
Failure to do so will incur a cancellation fee of $80 per person.

No - show policy

Please cancel online or call 09 377-8537 in advance to cancel or reschedule your reservation .
Your credit card will be charged $80 per person if your party does not show.
Calling the Kazuya restaurant and leaving a message is not a valid means of cancelling a reservation.
