- Can I change or cancel my reservation?
- If you would like to cancel your booking or change the number of guests, please contact us as soon as possible.

For cancellations made on the day of your reservation, a cancellation fee may apply.
- How long does dining at KAZUYA restaurant take?
- Normally, the experience takes:
・ 1 hour 30 minutes for the 5-course menu
・ 2 hours 30 minutes for the 7-course menu
Should you have time constraints, we are happy to offer a faster service. Please let us know when making your reservation.
- Do you cater for dietary requirements or allergies?
- Yes, we are happy to accommodate dietary requirements and allergies whenever possible.
Please inform us at the time of booking so that our kitchen team can prepare accordingly.
- Is there a dress code?
- We kindly ask all gentlemen to refrain from wearing shorts, singlets, or sandals.
Smart casual attire is appreciated.
- Can children dine at the restaurant?
- Our menu is designed as a full degustation experience, and we recommend the restaurant for adults and older children who are able to enjoy the full course menu.
- Is wheelchair access available?
- We also have a mezzanine floor, so please notify us in advance if you require wheelchair access, and we will arrange a suitable table for you.
- Do you offer gift vouchers?
- Yes, gift vouchers are available and make an excellent gift for special occasions.
