Can I change or cancel my reservation?
If you would like to cancel your booking or change the number of guests, please contact us as soon as possible.

For cancellations made on the day of your reservation, a cancellation fee may apply.
How long does dining at KAZUYA restaurant take?
Normally, the experience takes:
・ 1 hour 30 minutes for the 5-course menu
・ 2 hours 30 minutes for the 7-course menu
Should you have time constraints, we are happy to offer a faster service. Please let us know when making your reservation.
Do you cater for dietary requirements or allergies?
Yes, we are happy to accommodate dietary requirements and allergies whenever possible.
Please inform us at the time of booking so that our kitchen team can prepare accordingly.
Is there a dress code?
We kindly ask all gentlemen to refrain from wearing shorts, singlets, or sandals.
Smart casual attire is appreciated.
Can children dine at the restaurant?
Our menu is designed as a full degustation experience, and we recommend the restaurant for adults and older children who are able to enjoy the full course menu.
Is wheelchair access available?
We also have a mezzanine floor, so please notify us in advance if you require wheelchair access, and we will arrange a suitable table for you.
Do you offer gift vouchers?
Yes, gift vouchers are available and make an excellent gift for special occasions.
